P.S. - A good heart rate monitor is an EXCELLENT thing. I have a Wahoo Tickr X. Then, with my cellphone, I "pair" it with several fitness apps I downloaded onto my phone, and those apps use the heart rate monitor feedback (coming from ME) to inform me, and train me, and let me know, based on my heartbeat, which days are BETTER (or worse) for which kinds of exercise. The HRM (heart rate monitor) also keeps me MOTIVATED, big time, all day long, by telling me how many CALORIES I have burned, and what physical exertion level I am in. And the fitness apps SAVE all that info for me to look at, save and use later, or share with my doctor, or with my personal trainer. ALL THAT for the price of one little heart rate monitor.
