Good! Gym is therapy for sure! One day at a time is the only way to do it. I know I feel anxious and impatient if I look too far ahead. I'm doing good, doing the same as you by focusing on each day trying not to overwhelm myself.

Awww...it is my pleasure. When one succeeds we all succeed because we know without a doubt that we can win in this battle. I'm an early workout type of person too but can't find a buddy who will go that early, so I've been going solo and fitting it in during the kid's practices. Lol at the not knowing how to swim and butter bob (love it!). I can do a l'il bit and I do mean a l'il but I'm up for learning. These Olympic bodies and stamina got me curious and motivated to either sink or swim. My other bucket list workout is skating as I realize I will never have skinny legs, so I gotta give my thighs the proper TLC, but....I don't know how to skate! So I plan to try to learn on $2 Tuesdays, then I won't feel so bad about busting my butt. I think if you were doing a traditional diet, then continuing to eat throughout the day might be beneficial, but since keto uses fat, then not eating when you're not hungry makes the most sense since it will get it from your body albeit it takes more time. I notice that I don't have the energy or stamina for prolonged periods of cardio and can only assume it takes time to break down the fat for energy. Beastmode is on the way, I bet and I'll keep checking in with you...anytime you need an ear just message me or hit my page!

Lol...great partnerships! Is your foot doing better now? I hope that it is. You got this girl, it's just a matter of getting your mind back to where you want it to be! I'm here to talk, encourage, whatever! It is definitely a mind battle for sure! I sometimes crave things mentally that I know my body does not desire (listening to my body and mind more). Since I'm aware that I don't need these things I have been doing well resisting. I admittedly have been eating Ghirardelli 86% cocoa squares a few times a week (TOM) but still monitor my carbs. Funny thing is lately I have been thinking about taking up swimming, but that will require two gym memberships or just switching and more money overall. Swimming is a good option if you are dealing with body issues, so if you're foot is not better, you might want to try it. Are your kids in school? Mines are finally and I feel...um more inspired and capable I guess to try a lot harder than I had been over the summer. Looking for new motivational tools ie...consider booking a cruise with a goal weight in mind by the time the cruise arrives and since I'd have to pay monthly on it the money factor should keep me focused on what I have to do to reach that goal and enjoy that reward! We got this and I'm here. Can't stop, won't stop!
