emoticon work with your team. I came to tell you how much your team encourages me. I feel a bit stuck and gained this week...I ate badly last week while we were on winter break. My DH was home and we were snowbound and tired of winter and ate and ate and ate. Sigh. I love how your team makes weekly goals and then discusses them. I just wanted you to know that the work you and Jane put in makes a difference to even me...someone who visits for encouragement.

My mom is having knee replacement surgery today in North Carolina. I live in Massachusetts. I am worried. I have a funeral to go to on Friday for a teacher friend who died. I did exercise today...but not like I should have. My daughter had me up last night and I slept on the floor next to her toddler bed with the cat. emoticon
