Hi Sweet Trina! So glad to hear from you! So I see you have the Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle image on your spark page. What Tom Venuto says makes sense to me. We are building our bodies. I haven't tried his inner cirlce although I have been considering it. I coasted through BLC26 and added a few pounds but am now off to a good start with BLC27 as a Spicy Sparkologist. What team are you on? Are you a leader? I would love to hear how you are doing in your healthy lifestyle journey. Hugs!
