I have been pursuing whole-health for five years now. I have hypothyroidism and I'm post-menopausal. I love cooking and I'm really good at it - healthy and non- healthy. I am married & have 3 daughters, 26, 22 & 17. I also have 6 yr old grandson & 3 yr old granddaughter. I love spending time with family and I love to exercise, maybe even too much. I'm learning to rest/recover and listen to my body.

1st goal - Strength train 2-3 times a week.
2nd goal - Get to 150 already-come on!
3rd goal - write more blogs to share the journey.

My Program:
natural hormone treatment (thyroid/menopause) & eating in moderation.

Exercise - zumba/strength training/stretching. I really love group cardio classes, but have had to cut way back because of joint pain...seeing a personal trainer who is "treating" me for anterior pelvic tilt.
