Hi Hattie! All is well on my end. Just got back from a mini vacation. Luckily, we stayed in a cabin with a kitchen, thus only ate out once a day. Usually, we would eat out and go wild with food and drink on trips! How are you?

Kale is great for juicing. I like it in soups also. Other recipes I haven't found that I like yet but still try.
I'm with you on spinach in my smoothie. I love that.
