I like taking care of my small little farm. Chickens, bunnies ducks, turkeys. I love to cook and bake. I have three children and four grandchildren. My son serves in the military. Looking to be fit and healthy. I live with arthritis from Lymes that was never caught. I will not give up!!

Thanks for the comment on my blog. I do make lists sometimes, but usually I make them an hour before I leave the house. I'm going to try it with general stuff!

Hey, Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I didn't realize you could leave a message on someones blog page.
So how did you do with the subtracting the calories? Did you make sure you ate the numer you subtracted? I hope so. That is very important. I didn't even think anyone read my blog.
Try adding Protein it takes longer to burn off and it keep the fires burning longer. You will know if you have you numbers in check after your done working out and you go to eat. You start sweating. You know that you matabalizim is in high gear.
