I'm a 4-year breast cancer survivor (woo-hoo) and am determined to live a healthy life for the next 40+ years.
Beyond that, I'm a Christian, a wife, a mom and a grandmom. About a year ago, we gained guardianship of our now 5 yr. old granddaughter. Life has changed! We are continually striving to incorporate healthy and quick eating into our diets and often fail. We are more active, but more exhausted.
Throw in one insane dog, 2 cats, and 2 goats - plus full time jobs. As a stress eater, I've gained much too much weight in the last year and now weigh more than ever. Time to regroup and get in shape - for myself, for my husband, and for the most precious little girl ever.
Lose weight, exercise, eat healthy and live to be very old.
