Staying Healthy

I have just turned 50 and although I am not overweight, I notice that parts of my body are starting to sag and be squishy. I want to work out and eat right most of the time. I want to stay on track and live a long and healthy life.

I think that is what irritates me so much about the Food Industry/advertising. It's everywhere; it's temptation staring you right in the face. It's cheap, it's easy, and it tastes good. And the amount of restrictions on either industry (food or advertising) are ridiculously slim.

How can we expect people to be healthy when we have advertisements showing a skinny woman eating a big, huge burger with fries??? Or when it's cheaper to buy the McD's dollar menu than a salad?

Anyway, thanks for reading and commenting on my blog post!!
