Wants to be in one-derland!!

I'm a 24 year old substitute teacher and graduate student who has ALWAYS been calling herself plump, curvy, chubby, velomptuous, thick, big boned etc... Frankly, I'm sick of it!
Realizing its a life style change is only half the battle... now i gotta figure out how to implement it and make it stick! I'm trying to get healthy and fit, and Spark is helping me do it!
