    I did make it to the floor yesterday for some exercise and stretches. lol Thank you for comment on my blog. I will make some small goals as you suggest and reward with none food items. Well I had a 220 goal which is about 8 pounds. It seems I get to that and whooops I lose my grip. I want to get down below 200 so bad. I think it may be because it looks like the next 20 pounds seems enormous. May I will try to make it to 220 then break the goals down to a lb or 2 at a time.Thanks again!
