Doing What I Can

Three years ago I was tentatively diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome. Testing was put on hold because I was lucky enough to get pregnant. I'm working on kicking refined sugars to the curb, reducing processed foods, and adding in a lot more vegetables and lean proteins. Regardless of whether I actually have PCOS, this plan will help me lose weight, manage my insulin levels, and give me a longer, healthier life.
