Hi, I have been over weight for way... to long.. it is time to get rid of this weight and keep it off and live. I am looking at some options that are out there. but I think what I need is support and motivation.

I wrote that frist part when I first joined Spark in April 2010, today is Dec 31, 2011 my journey with spark has changed my life and helped me grow into a healthy and happy person that I am today.. the ride was not always smooth sailing, but I think any road trip that you take there is always something pot hole or road detour or GPS mishap. but one thing for sure Spark has tought me that I do not have to do it alone. and I have not the support and the motibvation keeps me on the road..
to date I have lost 90 lbs. this past Holiday only proved that I was and am human and yes I did induldge..
but as the Holidays that is over. and I am looking forward to 2012
I have may goals and plans for my self and with spark and my spark buddys I will reach them

No problem! When I first signed on to that challenge a couple months ago I had no idea how tracking the minutes worked. I just hung out for a bit and watched what everyone else was doing.
