(Hi, I have been over weight for way... to long.. it is time to get rid of this weight and keep it off and live. I am looking at some options that are out there.) ... (2014) I said this in January 2010. I was 330lbs and I was the most unhappy, depressed person I knew. I had to do something I was looking for a quick fix but I knew that was not the answer but I sought out surgery.

I found spark that year in April I had already lost 30 lbs and I knew I needed support but I found much more.. not only from the professional staff of spark but the community that is here not sure how many members are on spark but these members will be there for you through everything.. to me they are not members they are my virtual life line which I plug into everyday of my life for motivation, support and encouragement that is why I am still here that is why I have lost 100lbs the spark way.. NO the road was not all smooth and paved with pillows there where detours, pot holes , traffic jams and down right roads under construction but one thing for sure is I did not have to travel it alone and I still don't.. I have Spark and the wonderful community.

My Goals:
2015: I am resetting and recharging my Journey. My goals for the year are to lose the weight I have gained and then some.. If my body stops then I will except and love where my body is....
My goal is to eat clean, keep active , and not get down on my self..

My Program:
My program is to eat clean everyday.. NO high carbs such as pizzas and potatoes and rice and white bread..

Protein, whole grans, good fats and lots of water

Go to gym 3x a week but at least get on my spinning bike every day for 10 minutes

Born and raised in UpState NY..

Other Information:
I just deleted my weight stats from 2010 till 2014 I more or less stopped in 2013 posting my Weigh ins because I had stopped losing I would gain and lose gain and lose and after this 2014 Holiday bam I was up 40 lbs.. well I am starting fresh Jan 1 2015 here is my weight
which I will post once a month

Make sure to push your self just a little more, whether it be 5 minutes more cardio, 5 more pounds while strength training or 5 less fat grams a day!

If you find yourself slipping this weekend think of one thing...
one thing to hold on to.

One amazingly rock solid reason for doing what you're doing.

You need to have a bulletproof answer to the question, "Why am I doing this?"

Because when your lungs are screaming, your body is tired, your brain is fried and every single ounce of your being wants to quit - you need to come back to that one thing, and let it be what makes you take the next step!
