I am currently using leslie sansone walk away the pds d.v.d. you can do it in the comfort of your home...... I use her 5 mile tape and go at it...... she is so easy , and i stay motivated....... I have been drinking up to 8 cups of water and cut out red meat....... also started taking vitamins and a cleanse.......

I do love the Walking Away the Pounds videos. I get amazed with how much calories I can burn with one of her workouts cuz it doesn't really feel like I should burn as many as I do.
When you are ready...I highly highly recommend Turbo Jam. It is definitely a step up from Leslie's dvds. I find Chalene just as genuinely motivating as Leslie is...you can tell they both love what they do and love how they help people.
I find Turbo Jam a huge destresser since there is punching and kicking involved. LOL
