I joined Spark several years ago and have taken breaks away during those years. But I always seem to come back.
I am working on losing 10 pounds by Jan 1 when I retire from my job.....not life. I want this new chapter in my life to be the best ever.

Can't believe that I am 65 and retiring at the end of the year!
Now I will have no excuse to not work on a healthier lifestyle. No more coming home from work to tired to cook, too tired to exercise.

I don't remember what you know about my laughing. However, I have been buying some comedies. I now get one for each five pounds, plus I bought one in between losses. I actually think I am sidestepping the whole process of becoming a grumpy old man. Lately, I've had a more optimistic outlook. Thanks for asking, and thanks for friending me. Glenn
