1/25/12: I will update this intro as needed. I started on SP, did well, lost some weight, then lost my way, as I tend to do. My first mission? To find out why I sabotage myself. More to come.
2/14/12: I was doing a bit of research for this week's homework and came across the quote above (unknown origin). I think it will help to motivate me when I undervalue myself.

I want to be able to COMFORTABLY sit in one of those death trap plastic lawn chairs.

I love reading, movies, and games (board or card, not video so much). I used to like tennis and played in high school, but me thinks I would enjoy it even more if I were a healthy weight.

It is a great idea not to weigh as often as I do....
Will make changes.....
I am great when on holiday as I eat what i know I should and don't worry about weighing in as I can't lol....
Maybe I need to be doing that all the time....

I am still here but not sure how well I am doing...the scales seem to be going the wrong way....am struggling to get motivated....I am sure I will however would like it to happen now rather than later.....lol
