It has been a year since my knee surgery. Physical therapy was a slow and insightful process. I am now able to do things I haven't been able to do in at least 14 years. The scale hasn't moved much in the past year. (I'm okay with that) My goal is to establish health eating habits, shed some weight and have fun while I'm doing it.
