Staying Motivated and Positive

Hi my name is Megan. I am 30 years old... ( So I guess I AM going to get old! Oh well :D ) Anyways I want to make some friends and support each other in this process! Need to change that!! Please join me and let's have some fun in the process! Oh yeah, I am going to Nursing school in 2 weeks. I don't want to gain weight I want to lose the weight I gained since last summer and then some!

You asked how I've been doing this week, and I've been eating okay - maybe drinking a bit too much and excercising not at all. I've just started a new job and been kindof overwhelmed by all the new tasks and responsibilities. I tend to drink away anxiety rather than excercise it away (which would be much healthier and more prodctive). So I'm gonna weigh myself monday morning, and hope I didn't do too much damage this week, then get back on track with the excercise routine. emoticon

Hey! My week went pretty well. I was sick and on antibiotics, so I wasn't very hungry...didn't even make my calorie goal some days! That's a first, lol. I had a week like yours 2 weeks ago. I was PMSing, and didn't lose an ounce, but then the next week I dropped 3 lbs! Damn TOM...always screwing with our heads. Keep up the good work! :)
