    When it comes to living a healthy lifestyle, there is a time to speed up and a time to slow down. When you are exercising, speed it up. By upping your intensity, you are burning more calories and giving your heart a more intense workout. Revving up your cardio work every once in a while does great things to your body. Speed up the workout and you will speed up the calorie burn. When it comes to eating though, it is time to slow down. It takes your stomach about 20 minutes to send the message to your brain that you‘re full. That means you need to eat slowly so you get the message before you have overeaten. By chewing each bite leisurely, you are able to enjoy the meal and the conversation. Put your fork down in between bites and get pleasure from the meal.
