How timely is your question! I just started wearing it again today. Which shows that I haven't been wearing it... The last half of the year I didn't see much results, but that's because I stopped exercising/eating right. I still feel the same about the BodyMedia, which is that it helps me a lot. It's a motivator because if I know that I want to burn 2300 calories a day (~1900 for my BMR and everyday activities plus 400 for workout), I can see how I've done for the day and make changes to my routine if I don't get the results I want.
Also, a big problem I have is using the exercise estimates provided by SparkPeople and also from the exercise machines themselves...I know that it'll only be an approximation, but I feel that I get the best approximation with the armband. I definitely would recommend it, especially if you are motivated by numbers. 1650 days ago
I saw a couple of your comments on message boards today & thought your feedback was great. Thought I'd check to see if the MSU in your screen name was Michigan State & smiled to learn that it is! I'm a Spartan as well, only living in Nashville now. I think I'll check out the MSU alumni group too.
