Welcome to my little area on SparkPeople. My name is Heather. I am a 36year old mom of 3 wonderful children, I have an awesome husband, and I love CosPlay. I have been have been overweight all of my life. I'm a southern girl, and growing up, everything was fried, and we always had to clean our plates, no matter how full we were. One day at a time... That's how I am going to do this. I have to remember that its for ME first, because I have to get my mind right, and show my kids and the rest of my family that I can do this.

My Goals:
I am DONE!

DONE being the Fat Girl!

DONE being the one that has to turn just to get through an aisle in a theater and even church

DONE being so over-weight that I get winded just walking up the stairs to my apartment.

Done having my kids made fun of because they have a fat mom!

I am DONE with the bad, and looking forward to the good!

My Program:
*Drink more Water
*Use my "It Works" products (heather121.myitworks.com, if you're interested :D)

*Follow Doctor's orders and lose some of the excess carbs I've been eating.

*Work out more- Walk each day while I'm sitting at the schools waiting on the children to get out of school.

*Do at least one DVD a day- Zumba, Tae Bo, or BootCamp.

*Eat LOTS more FRESH fruits and Veggies

*Eat less red meats and more fish products and sometimes chicken.



Personal Information:
Its time for me to stop fighting and stop eating the horrible foods I have been eating. I have leaned on pastries and other high fat foods for too long again.

NO MORE EXCUSES!!!

I AM DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Other Information:
My Challenges:

1) To get off my butt and start working out again

2) To start eating healthier again

3) Drink More WATER!!!

4) Give up the Soda

5) Eat more fresh fruits and veggies, instead of processed foods.

6) Cut down on red meat intake- cut down on meat intake in general.
