Summer 2015 - Making it Count!

I'm back to my highest weight plus a few. I'm still fighting, though. Feeling good, looking good, having energy, and keeping up with my kids are helpful motivators! With God's grace, I will no longer be obese by year's end.

A POEM:
When things go wrong as they sometimes will,
When the road you're trudging seems all uphill,
When funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh.
When care is pressing you down a ...

And you never can tell how close you are.

Short Term:
-Weigh 195 or less by July 31, 2015
-Cardio 3 days/wk
-Strength Train 3 days/wk
-Track Calories 5+ days/wk

Intermediate:
1. Get back to a overweight BMI in 2015
2. Fit comfortably into more of my clothes
3. Weigh less than 169 by 12/31/2015

Long Term:
1. Maintain body fat of 25% or less
2. Fit back into all my favorite clothes
3. Maintain my appropriate weight for the rest of my life

My Program:
Using the "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" program

Eating 1500-1700 cals/day w/ more protein!

Eating 4 small meals daily

Cardio 30+ min 3 days/wk

STing 3 days/wk
