Spring 2015…All Things New

I'm back to my highest weight. No excuses, I let it happen. Now I'm going to MAKE good health happen. Feeling good, having energy, and keeping up with my kids are helpful motivators! May God give me the strength for it each and every day!

A POEM:
When things go wrong as they sometimes will,
When the road you're trudging seems all uphill,
When funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh.
When care is ...

Life is queer with its twists and turns
As every one of us sometimes learns.
And many a failure turns about
When he might have won had he stuck it out:
Don't give up though the pace seems slow -
You may succeed with another blow.
Success is failure turned inside out -
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt.
And you never can tell how close you are.
It may be near when it seems so far:
So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit
It's when things seem worst that you must not quit.

Short Term:
-Weigh less than 190 by 4/15/2015
-Cardio 3 days/wk
-Strength Train 4 days/wk
-Track Calories 5+ days/wk

Intermediate:
1. Get back to a healthy BMI in 2015
2. Fit comfortably into more of my clothes

Long Term:
1. Maintain body fat of 22% or less
2. Fit back into all my favorite clothes
3. Maintain my appropriate weight for the rest of my life

My Program:
Using the "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" program

Eating 1500-1700 cals/day w/ more protein!

Eating 4-5 small meals daily

Cardio 30+ min 3 days/wk

STing 4 days/wk
