Keep Moving Forward

Typical story...lost weight, found weight. Now I'm trying to lose it permanently. I am a very blessed wife and mother of 3 who loves Jesus and wants to set a healthy example.
A POEM:
When things go wrong as they sometimes will,
When the road you're trudging seems all uphill,
When funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh.
When care is pressing you down a bit.
Rest, if you must, but don't you quit.

Life is queer with its twists and turns
As every one of us sometimes learns.
And many a failure turns about
When he might have won had he stuck it out:
Don't give up though the pace seems slow -
You may succeed with another blow.
Success is failure turned inside out -
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt.
And you never can tell how close you are.
It may be near when it seems so far:
So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit
It's when things seem worst that you must not quit.

My Goals:
Short Term:
-Weigh less than 190 by 10/8/14
-Cardio 3 days/wk
-Strength Train 4 days/wk
-Track Calories 5+ days/wk

Intermediate:
1. Get back to a healthy BMI in 2014
2. Fit back into some of my intermediate clothes

Long Term:
1. Maintain body fat of 22% or less
2. Fit back into all my favorite clothes
3. Maintain my appropriate weight for the rest of my life

My Program:
Using the "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" program

Eating 1400-1700 cals/day w/ more protein!

Eating 4-5 small meals daily

Cardio 30+ min 3 days/wk

STing 4 days/wk

I ran across this encouraging note and wanted to share it:

Never quit. If you fall, get right back up. It doesn’t matter what happened yesterday. Today’s a new day. A fresh start! Think happy thoughts. Exercise. Drink lots of water. Be healthy and be happy! Forget mistakes. Forget failure. Forget everything except what you’re going to do now, and do it. You can do it!
