Thank you so much for the SparkGoodie - it has really been a very long time since I logged in to SparkPeople and your message/goodie came like a real blast from the past. Life has been crazy hectic for the last few years but that does not mean that I have not been thinking about you and wishing you well in my heart for your journey.
I am hanging in around my goal weight (after getting back down to that again recently with a 12 pound loss over the last year or so). Life is an adventure and hubby and I have been working too hard, travelling a lot and planning a roving retirement in Mexico and Central America where we will be able to afford to retire comfortably and not have to worry about healthcare costs.
