My Goals:
My goals are to eat healthier including low fat, no added sugar and lower sodium. I also want to be able to exercise regularly every week.

My Program:
Cardio 3x per week
Strength training 3x per week and roughly 400 calories per meal staying arounf 1200-1350 calories per day

Personal Information:
I live in a suburb of philadelphia and I'm a therapist and graduate student.

Hey chickie, so I am going to try out this site too. We went shopping last night and I got stuff to cook a few of the recipes the site suggested. Started today and so far I'm doing ok. I will need to make sure I take some time to get some exercising in too. I'll have to take Wesley for walks now that the weather is getting better. thanks for telling me about this site, see you tomorrow night. emoticon

Hey I am also looking for a Spark Buddy or two :) I was actually thinking if I could find half a dozen people or so it might be fun to start a private SparkTeam where we can go to keep each other motivated on a regular basis :)
We have something in common, the same starting weight!
