I am 59 and live in WV. I was diagnosed with diabetes at the end of the year, so I really need to make some changes. I need to get serious this time. If you think turning 40 was a big deal try looking at 60. Gotta do it this time!

Personal Information:
I live in WV. Grant county to be exact. Beautiful here and very different from Baltimore. My children are grown and live in MD. We live pretty far away from things so I do my exercise at home. Need to make some friends. Gets lonely here.
Other Information:
I like to read, cook, knit & crochet and play the WII, weights, DVDs and the stability ball.
