Hi, my name is Catherine but most everyone calls me Cat. I am recently retired and tired of being over weight, out of shape and just plain tired of being tired.

I have lost a million pounds but unfortunately have not been successful at keeping it off ... until NOW.

I am worth the effort to be the best I can be. My goal is to be
happy, -100 pounds, and live my life.

MTN_KITTEN At some point you realize that life is just that: life. Ups, downs, good, bad, it's all just life. It all balances out, and letting every little bump in the road sideline you is no way to live.

I am a recently retired married (37 yrs) bawdy woman living in the mountains of Colorado.

We have three grown children and seven gorgeous grandchildren.

Thanks for stopping by my spark page and commenting on my activity log. Yes I do walk fast sometimes but I don't have endurance. I only last for about 5-6 minutes at a time. Hopefully as time goes on I will build up some endurance. Hugs. Pat
