My Goals:
Overall, I am just trying to establish a healthy lifestyle. I want exercise to be a normal part of my routine instead of something I have to do. I have about twenty pounds to lose to reach a healthy weight for my size and I am working hard to get there.
My Program:
I am using SparkPeople's monthly challenges to keep myself on track. I work out at home, using Jillian Michael's, P90X and pilates DVDs as well as the elliptical, biking and hiking.
