I'm tracking my food and trying to stay within the calorie range. I do cardio 5 days a week for 45-60 minutes. I do strength training 3 days a week. I am lactose intolerant and gluten sensitive, so that restricts my diet quite a bit.
I am a mom of 2 teenagers and a school teacher. I enjoy jogging, photography and reading!
