The 2014 Reset Button

I lost weight in 2012, and gained a bunch of it back in 2013, completely derailing my goals. 2014 cannot continue that trend!

To put some numbers on things, here are my goals for 2014:

* Lose 20 pounds.
* Gym 21 times per month -
** Boot camp 4 times/week.
** Active recovery between boot camp sessions
* Eat clean 80% of the time (vegan, healthy, balanced)

Let's do this.

I don't mind eating the same thing day after day... it makes life easier for me! I agree with you about taking my lunch becoming a habit; it's been so long since I've had to take my lunch to work that I forgot how to plan ahead for that!
