The 2014 Reset Button

I lost weight in 2012, and gained a bunch of it back in 2013, completely derailing my goals. 2014 cannot continue that trend!

To put some numbers on things, here are my goals for 2014:

* Lose 20 pounds.
* Gym 21 times per month -
** Boot camp 4 times/week.
** Active recovery between boot camp sessions
* Eat clean 80% of the time (vegan, healthy, balanced)

Let's do this.

Thanks so much for the PCOS comment! It really helps knowing I'm not the only one(assuming that's even for sure my issue!)

I freaking HATE BC, so I reallllly hope there's another suggestion, lol. Also, I'd ideally like to start *trying* for baby sometime towards the middle/end of the year, assuming I can get my husband on board, lol. Sooo I feel like being put on BC would be counterproductive?? But what do I know. I haven't been on BC since I was 18, and I hatedddd how emotional it made me!! YUCK.

How did you know you had PCOS? Did you have any symptoms or?Has it gotten better since you've become superwoman with all your working out and vegetarianism?? emoticon

I'm so glad you like it! It's really a beautiful place. I spent the weekend at the beach and it was magical! I am a big fan of hoppers, which I think are vegan, unless you get the egg ones of course. And Sri Lankan dal is made with coconut milk, so that should be vegan too. It's really really good.

Next time you have to come for a longer stay! (and what are you doing here, anyway?)

Oh it sucks that you're going to be so close and we won't get to meet! Kandy is like stepping back in time. It's up in the hills, so cooler than Colombo, and has a fair amount of the colonialist vibe still going on. It's more typically Sri Lankan than Colombo probably, as Colombo has become pretty cosmopolitan.

I'm curious to know what you think. And if you end up in Colombo with time before you have to go to the airport, let me know.
