Oh brother... I woulda sat there and rolled my eyes at that RD the entire time, LOL. I can see why you didn't go back!
That is my fear, for sure. She'll take one look at me, see I'm a fat @$$, and just assume I don't know anything about eating right. My issue is I KNOW that tracking works, but when I make one "bad" aka highly caloric food choice, my mindset says just start again tomorrow. Well tomorrow turns into the next day, and the next day, and then oh just have fun eating crap until Monday. Vicious cycle! :(
I also need to learn what foods I should eat what to avoid with this PCOS crap.
