I'm one of those people that has yo-yo dieted for years. This time around, I've been working at it for over a year. My losses have been slow, but healthy food and exercise are more a part of my life than ever before.

My Goals:
To be healthy and fit. Life goals: -Get back into the craft room -Social time with friends weekly Health goals: Follow doctor's plan for physical issues. Nutrition goals: Eat eDiets delivery and no outside foods except what they recommend. -Drink 8 cups of water a day. -Take a multivitamin & calcium daily. Exercise goals: Get back up to 50+ minutes a day Weight loss goals: Down to 159 before I let myself start looking for a new car. ultimate goal 135.

New food program: eDiets delivery starting 12/10/09 -Tracking my exercise; -Cardio on bicycle 6x/week; PT daily; strength 3x/week -Staying motivated through the tough times; -Being part of the online community for support and motivation.
Personal Information:
I live in the beautiful mountains of East Tennessee. My house is a mill built in 1869. I live there with a black cat, speckled dog, bearded husband, and innumerable spiders.
