I like all types of fresh food and don't follow a special diet. I eat whatever I want. I am logging my food and exercising and believe that moderation is the key to success.
I grew up in the country, and love all things outdoors. I have lots of time to travel, and especially love the outdoors. I spend my summers in Angel Fire, New Mexico and LOVE to HIKE!

Personal Information:
I live in Texas and have twin 22 year old boys.
I am married and travel frequently. I am a retired teacher and look forward to the new freedoms that retirement brings.
I recently gained about 20 pounds due to a broken leg. I am finally healed and ready to kick those 20 pounds to the curb!

Other Information:
Over the past 2 years, I have gained weight because I retired and didn't put my fitness goals first. I like to eat out and write reviews for Trip Advisor.
