I would like to lose weight for health reasons (I Have Fibromyalgia)and become more active.
Watching what i eat,learn to keep to the correct portion size. Start with gentle exercise.Have a 30 min walk every day. Gradually add some toning exercises.
Hi i live in Derbyshire in the UK i have 3 adult children .I have been married 28 years. I love walking and cycling when my health allows, we have some beautiful countryside around Derbyshire. I also like reading and taking photo's. I enjoy doing my family history.
I need to make time for me to walk every day and also add some toning exercises.
