The Boot Camp Challenge Two years later

Two years ago I participated in the New Year Boot Camp challenge and it was the best thing I ever did. It was my first boot camp and I had no idea what to expect. At first it was hard, but I was amazed at how fast it became necessary to beginning my day. Unfortunately this year was a challenge and I have dropped my strength and cardio exercises for too long. So this year I am joining the challenge again in the hopes that I can get back on track while only halfway back to my original weight. ...
Knowing that I have not been exercising or dieting and as a result gaining weight again has not been pleasant. I want the good feelings of success back. So I'm back on the bootcamp challenge. I encourage everyone to take on one of the boot camp challenges and don't worry about how well you do. Just keep trying, The effort is well worth it. I remember that feeling and I want it back.

Thanks for giving me your input on my machine quilting question. I'll keep practicing until I get it right. I think it would make the quilt look more finished to bury the threads at the end. Thanks for the info!

Thanks for your encouragement on my blog. My head knows it is the right thing to do but my heart is having a very hard time accepting it. ((HUGS)) Linda Kay
I have a feeling that I will be using that ticket an awful lot in the near future. Thanks again.
