The Boot Camp Challenge Two years later

Two years ago I participated in the New Year Boot Camp challenge and it was the best thing I ever did. It was my first boot camp and I had no idea what to expect. At first it was hard, but I was amazed at how fast it became necessary to beginning my day. Unfortunately this year was a challenge and I have dropped my strength and cardio exercises for too long. So this year I am joining the challenge again in the hopes that I can get back on track while only halfway back to my original weight. ...

Knowing that I have not been exercising or dieting and as a result gaining weight again has not been pleasant. I want the good feelings of success back. So I'm back on the bootcamp challenge. I encourage everyone to take on one of the boot camp challenges and don't worry about how well you do. Just keep trying, The effort is well worth it. I remember that feeling and I want it back.

I am going to learn to apportion my food while still enjoying it.

I am going to walk as often as possible to build my endurance

I am a 'wanna be' quilter have started many but finished few. I love the patchwork but not the quilting.

I enjoy scrapbooking. When I remember to do it, I am a fanatic, not stopping until it is done. and then I forget about it until the next time.
