The Journey
Trying to get more active and healthier. Aiming to get down to 150, which is the center of optimal weight for my height. My lowest weight so far was 6ish years ago in college where I was 165. Take acquisition of desk jobs, lonliness, a med change (I have a congenital heart valve problem), possible hypothyroidism (in the process of being diagnosed), and laziness and you can see where my 65 pound weight gain came from.
