My Goals:
Looking down at my weight loss ticker it says I want to be 135 lbs. That sounds like a good goal and it's obtainable.

Getting in 10,000 steps a day is also something within reach.

Going to the GYm 3 times a week to get on the weight machines and incorporate Strength Training into exercise regime.

Doing Yoga and Meditation at least 4 times a week is also something that I can do starting today.

Becoming a RaceWalker and being able to do at least 1 Muscle up is something I endeavor to do in the future.

My Program:
Stay motivated by taking the time every day to get inspired.
