What is a Muscle Up?

It is a Beast Skill, according to devotees on the internet. It is a combination move that incorporates a pull-up and a dip. Am I going to be able to add this to my own personal skills list someday? You bet.

My Goals:
Looking down at my weight loss ticker it says I want to be 135 lbs. That sounds like a good goal and it's obtainable.

Riding my bicycle to and from work is getting me there. 60 lbs. down.

Doing Yoga and Meditation at least 4 times a week is also something that I can do starting today.

Becoming a RaceWalker and being able to do at least 1 Muscle up is something I endeavor to do in the future.

My Program:
Stay motivated by taking the time every day to get inspired.

Personal Information:
My name is Nan and I live in the DFW area in Texas.

Go TCU Horned Frogs!

Other Information:
Sitting back with a cup of lo-cal hot cocoa or earl grey tea and a cozy mystery is bliss.

I'm with you re: warm burrow to sleep in...but like the room cool. I would guess the calories burned in cool space wouldn't be significant..but perhaps every bit helps. THANKS for visiting and posting on the sleep/calorie blog. emoticon

Hi Nan, thankyou so much for the lovely blog comments and the goodie, it's nice to have a tiara you don't get one of those even if you do win!
l shall wear it all day! emoticon

I felt l was a winner anyway, just being part of things has really boosted my confidence and self esteem.
The funny thing is l knew I was less confident than other people but just didn't realise how much, this has really shown me how far I've come emoticon

Hi Nan! Thanks so much for your encouraging comments on my Weight Watchers blog! I'm really surprised at this points program... absolutely hated the earlier versions emoticon but so far this is more manageable and practical for me. I can feel a big difference in that I'm not stuffed after a meal but I am satiated and comfortable. AND I really am eating very healthy... I'm eating mostly what Weight Watchers calls "Power Foods" which is actually pretty close to "Clean Eating." So far, so good! emoticon
