My Goals:
Looking down at my weight loss ticker it says I want to be 135 lbs. That sounds like a good goal and it's obtainable.

Getting in 10,000 steps a day is also something within reach.

Going to the GYm 3 times a week to get on the weight machines and incorporate Strength Training into exercise regime.

Doing Yoga and Meditation at least 4 times a week is also something that I can do starting today.

Becoming a RaceWalker and being able to do at least 1 Muscle up is something I endeavor to do in the future.

My Program:
Stay motivated by taking the time every day to get inspired.

Yes Nan we are working on starting our own not for profit for homeless and their pets we have avet already willing to give their time and a former senator who is interested inhearing our vision
