My name is Tracy and I'm working on being at my best for me and for my baby girl. She is one-year-old and the light of my life. Working, taking care of a one-year-old, cleaning, and cooking is a LOT more work than I thought it would be! I am trying to treat myself well by eating well and exercising, so I have the energy for all of this!

My Goals:

My Program:
Right now I am doing the 30 day shred DVD. My workout plan changes all the time. I have run two 5Ks so I enjoy running/walking when the weather is good. I also enjoy Zumba classes on occasion and playing Just Dance on the Xbox.

Personal Information:
I am married with a cute baby daughter. I teach music at an elementary school, which is GREAT for weight loss because it keeps me moving a lot.


Other Information:
I grew up thinking hamburger helper and Kraft macaroni and cheese was a perfectly healthy meal, and being a Southern girl we ALWAYS had sweet tea! I literally never drank water as a child.
So I have learned a LOT during my transformation on SP. No, I am not done, but I am truly a very different person than I was three years and 70 pounds ago.

April is a great time to visit Brookgreen...the flowers are never prettier, the temperature is comfortable, plus they have evening hours during April so you don't get kicked out at 5:00

I only have one friend and she has three girls. This friend I went to the movies with is not my friend it's my brothers friend but I thought it would be nice to go the a kids movie and have Nico have another child around. Hopefully I can find him more playdates like that. I hope you can find a mommy group while you're on summer break!!

Just wanted to stop by and say congrats on your weight loss and getting back to pre-pregnancy weight! I still haven't gotten there! I think I was almost there last summer, but then it never happened. I'm getting close again, but still about 7 lbs off.

Anyway, WAY TO GO!! Keep on moving girl, you got this!

We took him to see Rio 2 with a friend and her two daughters. Her youngest is almost two so when Nico finally got up from his seat he was calmly interacting with her. Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be because Nico is so active. He did great the first 45 minutes of the movie. He stayed in his seat and snacked on popcorn and other goodies from his snack bag. The more we take him the better his attention span will be I hope. I'm sure Tabby will do just fine.
