Welcome to the Kansas team!!! Looks like you are on the right track. I love the tracking tools. I track my food everyday with it. It takes a few times to get the hang of it but I fill my out each morning for the whole day and it helps me to keep on track by knowing what I am going to eat that day.

Just stopped by to say "HI", as I saw your page on the new members list. Welcome to SPARK! You've got a real good chance of meeting your goals if you come back to your page every day and follow the plan, but you knew it was always up to you, didn't you? Now you know you're not alone.
Use those buttons at the top of the page well. My favorite is the "My Tools" drop down item "Sparkpoints" that I use every day to remind myself of every tool that I can use to get to my goal faster.
