    You can make this happen. I saw on the community feed where you were struggling with food intake. I tend to be a stress and emotional eater. I"m learning different ways to handle things, rather than junking out. However, I'm far from perfect. Here is the big thing, don't get down on YOU if you do have a food binge related to emotions or stress, or frustration. Just because you or I fail to make good food choices on sitting does not make us a FAILURE! You are worthy of good and healthy things.
