Thanks for the comment on my status. It took me 3 weeks to completely detox from sugar - that was a cold turkey cut it all out instantly. it was tough, but I needed to do it. I lasted on that for an additional 2 months. Then things came up, and I slacked off a bit. I still minimize sugars and use agave nectar and stevia everywhere I can. But one of my biggest back slides was in frozen yogurts. The one I buy here has some sugars in it. I did start to make my own ice cream, but was never able to find the right recipe to keep it a nice consistency, even in the freezer afterwards. It often separated, crystalized, or just froze into one huge ice cube. I might get back to it again. It's been kind of out of sight, out of mind. lol 1106 days ago
Happy Sunday. Hope you're summer is going great. Are you still on track to do all you can today to reach your goals tomorrow? If so, great! If not, what can you change today that will help you feel accomplished? One little thing. Drink more water? Cut out soda? Go for a walk? Small changes add up.
