Music Mom's weight loss

I am a stay-at-home mom of 2 boys (ages 10 and 7). I have always had problems with my weight but I feel like this time is different. I've been a part of Spark People since December 2007, and this is the longest that I have stuck with any type of weight loss program. The funny thing is that I don't feel like that's what this is. This is a lifestyle change that has really changed the way I do things.

On September 3, 2012 I reached my goal weight of 144 pounds! So excited, and ...

On September 3, 2012 I reached my goal weight of 144 pounds! So excited, and a little bit scared, to be switching over to maintenance, but I know that I can do it!!

As of November 18, 2012 the scale has slowly crept back up so I am moving back into weight loss mode. This is tough!

July 1, 2013 - I'm considering myself back in maintenance mode. As long as I stay under 150, I'll be happy!

Current Status:
MUSICMOMOF2 Started the day with a great workout, but now we're having a rough morning. Why can't mornings go smoothly? Why does there have to be fighting? Ugh... :-(

I fully agree with you I feel lost if I don't get in my AM workout!! Also I find that it is easier to eat clean all day if I have worked out in the am. I don't want to mess up what I started. Good job!
