Why do I want to lose the pounds?
I want to be healthy first and fore most, but I want to look in the mirror and like who I see. Be proud of what I have accomplished. I want control over something in my life that I am doing for me and not others.


My Program:
Counting calories, journaling (blogging),
staying positive, the Blood Type Diet, Vlogging

Personal Information:
I have tried everything from the 3 day diet to Weight Watchers (twice). I am ready to move on with my life and leave the weight behind.

Other Information:
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.

that you'll take time to laugh and maybe to play,
just bury the blues, let go your worries
do something happy and giggle in flurries,
run in the forest, hug a small child

One day at a time is the only way. I think you have to be obsessed with your program and make it a very high priority and spend a lot of time thinking about it and working on it. At least that is how I am doing it. I have fallen off the wagon many a time but have been on the wagon for 11 weeks. I've actually lost about 16 pounds in that time. I often think of me in a year and how glad I'll be then that I stuck with my program today.
