I seem to have been at Sparkpeople.com for such a long time. I have had moments of clarity about my weight, my eating habits and about the things that motivate me. My Goals:
Ultimately I want to lose 100 pounds. I want to be able to move without pain. I want to be able to shop in the non-plus size department.

I would like to reach a point where healthy food choices are automatic.

My Program:
BLC
Cardio 3 times per week
Strength training 2 times wkly
Eat within my calorie range, limiting processed foods and carbohydrates. Track food 5 days per week.
Post with team 3-5 times per week.
Starting weight 280.4;
short term goal: 250; long term goal: 160

Personal Information:
I grew up in New York City. I then moved to Boston/Cambridge. I am a divorced mother of two adult daughters, one fur baby, a Maltese.
