I lost almost 30lbs two years ago and since then have bounced back and forth between 130-135lbs. I am ready to lose the last 5lbs now. My goal weight is 128. Right now I am 133 so that's 5 lbs.
In order to get there I need to work out 2-3 times a week and improve some of my eating habits. Cutting down on snacks and maybe calorie counting again.

May 24 09-160 lbs, This was one of the worst wake up calls of my life...when I stepped on that scale which I had avoided for so long. After seeing that number, I decided to try to change my habits, and this time I set a realistic plan for how to do it.
June 22 2009-150lbs. I had finally set out to lose weight and actually accomplished my goal. I had stuck almost completely to my plan and was amazed. It felt like maybe I could finally control my weight.
July 31-140lbs. I reached my original goal made when I saw that horrible number on the scale. After that I tried to regroup my priorities and decide what a truly healthy weight for me would be, because I knew I wasn't there yet.
December 23-132.5lbs. My weight loss has slowed down, but not my commitment.

June 1 2011- I was at 129 steadily for the first time in my life after studying abroad and cutting down on diary products and sugary snacks.

My Goals:
Reached my goal of 140, then 135, now going for 129.
-lose 5 more lbs
-improve running endurance
(3 miles in 26 min)
-improve core strength/abs
-tone arms

My Program:
Depends. Mostly I like watching my calories and challenging myself to run farther, faster. Been doing some lifting lately as well. Anything that gets me active is great :) I've started to like going on walks too, used to find them boring but I like them now.

Personal Information:
I love reading, going to the movies, hanging out with fun people, TRAVEL, the outdoors, doing things outside my comfort zone!, photography, blogs, languages, and now that I'm fit, Clothes!!!
