This is so true. You don't have to be motivated to get out there - just get out there.

It doesn't matter if it is mispelled - you cross the finish line anyway.

Your life is ticking what are you going to do today?

Just trying to lose weight and get fit like everyone else.

I started as high as 195 lbs. Have lost over 45 lbs to get to 150 lbs or so. Would like to get to 138 lbs and hold around there. Have moved from overweight to normal weight. Qualified for life insurance at age 45. Feel much better and look much better now that I have lost 45 lbs.

Congratulations on your 10K finish yesterday! Thank you for commenting on my 70.3 blog. And yes, your mind can play tricks with you during long distance events. It will tell you to stop when your body is capable of doing much more.

Yes, I definitely did get knocked off my center of gravity - thanks, that is the perfect analogy! And thank you for all of your support!

Your comment on my blog was so very thoughtful, and very much appreciated. I think I will save the chewed up one for Daisy, as she trained many miles with me for that race! Most definitely, the replacement woodalion will be kept in a safer place, yet not know.

thanks for the encouraging comments on my blog. I had a tough time today with a 28 mile bike ride. Just trusting my training and hoping for a good finish on the 70.3. Thanks again!
