Just trying to lose weight and get fit like everyone else.

I started as high as 195 lbs. Have lost over 45 lbs to get to 150 lbs or so. Would like to get to 138 lbs and hold around there. Have moved from overweight to normal weight. Qualified for life insurance at age 45. Feel much better and look much better now that I have lost 45 lbs.

Eventual goal to get to 138 lbs - halfway in the "normal" range established by CDC.

My Program:
I run mainly for my exercise it is great for burning calories but it is challenging when the humidity is 98% or so.
Working toward my first marathon which will be the Chevron Houston Marathon in January if I get accepted.

You are right about the seasons. Mea Culpa. I take a break during the hectic holidays, run on the treadmill or indoor track with its below freezing, but I find a way to get it in. The humidity I can tolerate more than the sub-freezing weather.
