Iam here sometimes
I am on atkins diet and lost 19# since 28 dec after gaining 33# last year. I have knee , lower back pain and have a hip replaced in 2010. exercise is a dirty word as it caused the hip problem in the first place. I am 62 ,a widow. and have 2 kids.
