One step at a time
I am a mom of two looking to finally lose the baby weight and get healthy, so I can set a healthy example for my children. I have struggled with my weight and body image for as long as I can remember, I am looking to fall in love with my body through movement and healthy eating. I enjoy walking and have walked 5k's, 10k's and 3 half marathons, my goal is to run a 1/2 marathon by my 40th birthday (which gives me 8 years from today, August 25th 2012).
