My Goals:
My immediate goal is to get to 275 by the end of 2010.

My long term goal is to get to 180 pounds by Jan. 2012

I'll probably be quite happy and stop there, but who knows? Maybe I will shoot for 160 after that.

My Program:
Not really a program. I just am eating smaller, and more frequent meals. I have knocked out the dumb carbs and the extra fats. Plus I have started doing exercise.

Other Information:
Highest known weight 321.5

October 26th, 2010 - 296 lbs.

November 2nd, 2010 - 289 lbs. Lowest I have been in years!


Stomach was 64" on October 28th, 2010.

Stomach is 60" on December 1st, 2010.

Sharing is so much more practical than Doggy Bag. The food never tastes as good reheated. I read that you could just have an appetizer instead of the full meal, but when I looked at the nutrition information, the appetizers were higher in calorie/fat/sodium than the whole meal which was better balanced.
Congratulations on you weight loss. Whatever you are doing is working for you. Keep up the good work! emoticon emoticon
